About Us
Santa Fe Guitar Gallery is a high-end brand dedicated to sourcing and offering exceptional instruments, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, individuality, and fine detail. Each guitar is carefully selected for its superior quality, rich tone, and outstanding playability. In the gallery, these instruments are thoughtfully paired with featured artwork, creating a cohesive visual and musical experience where form, texture, and expression intersect - ensuring every musician and visitor connects with pieces that embody true artistry. We strive to support the local artists who live and work here in beautiful Sante Fe, New Mexico.
For more than 35 years, Jeff Moore has dedicated his life to music, craftsmanship, and the culture that surrounds great instruments. His journey began humbly in a small guitar shop tucked inside a farmers market outside of Philadelphia, where he sold used guitars, strings, and CDs after spending his early career managing video stores and record shops. That grassroots beginning shaped a lifelong belief that music stores are more than retail spaces - they are places of discovery, connection, and inspiration.

Jeff’s passion and industry knowledge soon led him into the world of major musical instrument brands. He became a manufacturer’s representative for Ovation Guitars and Takamine Guitars before being recruited by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Arizona. In a defining moment for his family and career, Jeff relocated 2,500 miles to continue building his future in the music industry.
Over a decade at Fender, Jeff held leadership roles overseeing the accessories division, customer service, and inside sales before ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales. He later brought his experience and vision to Breedlove Guitars and then spent 12 years as Senior Vice President of ESP Guitars in North Hollywood, California. Most recently, Jeff managed International Sales for KORG USA before officially retiring from the corporate world last month.
Now, with the opening of Santa Fe Guitar Gallery, Jeff comes full circle — returning to his roots in independent retail with a deeply personal passion project. Blending boutique guitars, art, craftsmanship, and culture, the gallery reflects decades of relationships, experience, and appreciation for creative expression.
